한민족 세계 교민청 정관 

Article of Association for World Korean Federation

제1조 [명 칭] Association Name

대한민국 한민족 세계 교민청 이라 칭한다. (약칭:교민청)

The name of the association is World Korean Federation (abbreviated as WKF).

제2조 [목 적] Objective

대한민국의 자유통일을 이루는데 목적을 둔다.

The objective of WKF is to achieve a Unified Korea with Free and Democratic Government.

제3조 [장 소] Location

대한민국 안에 둔다.

The Headquarters of WKF is located in the Republic of Korea.

제4조 [조 직] Organization

교민청 조직은 전세계 국가별 도시별로 조직한다.

WKF is organized by branch offices based by country and city.

제5조 [임 원] Officers

① 대사  Ambassador

② 부대사 Vice Ambassador

③ 남성대표 Male Representative

④ 여성대표 Female Representative 

⑤ 청년대표 Youth Representative

⑥ CEO대표 CEO Representative

⑦ 태권도대표 Taekwondo Representative

⑧ 언론대표 Press Representative

⑨ 문화예술대표 Culture and Arts Representative

⑩ 사무총장  Secretary-General

⑪ 담임목사 등으로 조직한다. Pastor in Charge

제6조 [부서설립] Department Establishments

그 외 각 대사관별로 부서를 설립할 때에는 본청의 허가를 받고 조직할 수 있다.

Each branch office may establish departments upon permission from the Headquarters in Korea.

제7조 [사 업] Businesses

통일을 목표로 본청의 승인을 받아 다양한 수익 사업을 추진할 수 있다.

후세들을 위하여 한민족 통일 학교를 진행한다. 

Upon permission from the Headquarters, each branch may pursue revenue-seeking businesses for achieving national unification goals.

제8조 [모 임] Gatherings

1. 연1회 대한민국에서 교민청 대회를 진행한다.

 Once a year, the general meeting is held in Korea.

2. 연1회씩 대사관별로 정기총회를 진행한다.

 Once a year, each Embassy holds a regular general meeting.

3. 월1회 임원회를 진행한다.

 Once a month, each Embassy holds a committee meeting.

제9조 [임원선발] Selection of Officers

임원은 정기총회에서 추대하고 본청의 허락에 따라 임명하되, 임기는 그 기간을 2년으로 한다. (1기 임원들은 기간을 1년으로 한다.) 

Officers are selected at the regular general meeting upon permission of the Headquarters with a tenure of two years. (1st term officers hold a tenure of one year.)

제10조 [임원보궐] Vacancy of Officers

임원중 유고자들에 대하여는 임원회에서 추대하여 결정한다.

If vacancy occurs, the committee decides by appointment.

제11조 [사무실] Office

각 대사관은 지역 국가와 도시에 사무실을 설립한다.

Each branch embassy establishes offices by country and city.

제12조 [징 계] Disciplinary Actions

본 회의에 목적과 사업에서 이탈하는 윤리적 문제가 발생할 경우에는, 본청에서 조사하여 파면 정직 경고 등의 징계를 할 수 있다.

Ethical violations against the purposes and activities of WFK are investigated and punished with expulsion, suspension, and warning.

제13조 [운 영] Operations

그 이외의 운영은 성경과 본청의 지시에 따른다.

이 정관은 본 대회 통과 후로부터 그 효력을 발생한다.

Other operations follow the rules of the Bible and the Headquarters.

This Article of Association has effect upon the approval of the General Meeting.
